Warranty & Care

ATTENTION: Our warranty claim booking system is being upgraded and will be down for about 2 hours. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Our products are made with the best quality full grain leather. This is a natural product and each piece is unique. No piece will be exactly the same as another and some may have natural markings and character which are not faults, but show the natural quality.

Full grain leather is made to last a long time and to get better with age. Colour fading or darkening, marking and stretching as a result of regular usage, all add to the character of your bag, they are not considered a fault.

Our limited warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If in the unlikely event this is the case, we will replace or repair your product at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover a leather product that has been damaged by accident, neglect, normal wear and tear or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Please note: This warranty does NOT apply to items purchased in a “Seconds Sale”. These items cannot be returned for any reason. These items are classified as seconds due to not passing our high quality control standards.

Our warranty claim booking system will be down for about 2 hours during the upgrade. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Leather Care

To clean it:

  • Wipe with a soft damp cloth {make sure it is damp not wet}
  • Use a specialised leather bag cleaner for stubborn marks or dirt, but be aware that this can discolour your leather.
  • Let water drops dry naturally, using heat to dry can warp your leather.

To protect it:

  • It is worth protecting your leather with one of the many leather protection products on the market. Just remember to test it on a small part of the bag first as it may discolor the leather.
  • Be aware that unwashed or dark denim may rub off onto the lighter coloured leather if the leather is not protected.
  • Store it in a cool, dry place with good air ventilation
  • When not in use, store your leather bag in its specially made dust bag.
  • Since leather is porous, it loses moisture through evaporation. Use a leather conditioner once in a while to keep your bag super soft, protected and looking its best. Wipe excess product and allow the bag to air dry completely before storing it
  • Never leave your leather bag lying in the sun or exposed to the elements.
