Refund policy

We hope you love your Wanderers Travel Co. order, but if it’s not quite right, you can return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply book your return online.

 

We offer a number of return options - you can choose to exchange your item for a different item, return it for 110% store credit or opt for a refund to your original payment method. Your return items must be unused with tags still attached.

 

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We offer free returns for full-price Jackets and Sunglasses only. While we can’t offer free returns on all items, we do offer the option of purchasing a discounted return label when you book your return.

 

Free gifts cannot be individually selected for return / exchange. If you are returning all the paid products in your order for a refund or store credit then you must return your free gift as well.

 

Need to request a warranty claim? Our warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If this is the case, we will replace or repair your product at our discretion.
