Shipping

We offer free shipping to the US, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand, on most items. For Overstock Sale items, standard shipping to these countries is $9.95.

Standard shipping to other countries starts at $19.95. We offer free shipping worldwide (in qualifying regions only) on orders over $260.

We strive to process all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Please note, during peak sale times this timeframe is likely to extend to 2-3 business days.

Public holidays: Please note that business days will be limited over the Christmas and New year period with public holidays and scheduled breaks. We will return to regular business hours on Tuesday 3rd Jan, 2023.

Once sent, orders sent via standard shipping should arrive within 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location. Express Shipping orders should arrive in 2 - 4 business days.

Our orders are shipped via FedEx couriers from Australia, and you will receive a shipping notification email and tracking number once the order is sent.

Guaranteed Christmas delivery

If you placed your order before 5PM Pacific time on Sunday 18th December, and it hasn't arrived by Christmas Eve, get in touch via info@wandererstravelco.com and we will issue you a gift card for the value of your order to gift on Christmas Day. You still get to keep your gift when it arrives!

Import duties and taxes may apply

We ship your orders from Australia, so import duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold.

Most orders to the US fall below the $1000 threshold and will not incur duties, however if you are ordering outside of the US, please check import threshold limits for your country.

Note: As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. However if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.

In order to ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges in a timely manner if requested by DHL.




Our parcel protection guarantee

For peace of mind and to protect yourself from shipping issues, we recommend that you add Parcel Protection during checkout.

If you have purchased Parcel Protection and your parcel is lost or damaged during shipment we’ll send a replacement to you the next business day. If your order was a gift, and the replacement won’t arrive in time, we’ll issue a gift certificate for you to give on the special day.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address, or goes missing after being delivered without the required signature, we will need to open an investigation with the courier company before we can ship a replacement to you.

If you authorise delivery without a signature, you accept responsibility for the safety of your parcel once it has been delivered.
