DHL have implemented additional measures when delivering parcels. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading the virus, parcels do not require a signature for delivery and/or collection by DHL. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders placed within USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
International orders from other countries will carry a shipping charge depending on which country the order is being sent to and starts at $19.95.
We offer free shipping worldwide* on orders over $200.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We strive to process all orders within three business days of the order being placed. Please note that during peak dispatch times and SALE times, delivery timeframes may be extended.
All of our international orders* to USA, Canada and New Zealand are shipped using DHL Express and should arrive within 5 business days of the order being sent.
All of our customers will receive a shipping notification email and tracking number once the order is sent.
Import duties and taxes may apply
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Import duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. However if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.
