          Vicenza is often overlooked by visitors to this part of northern Italy. However, when we stumbled upon this walled city – halfway between Venice and Verona, we understood a bit more why people refer to it as a hidden jewel. Intersected by two tranquil rivers, this small city is known to be the birthplace of Palladianism – a stunning and recognisable form of Renaissance architecture that will capture your imagination and take you back to a time when men wore 5 piece suits and women were wandering the streets in tight bodices and full skirt dresses – their bodies dripping with gaudy and expensive jewellery usually made right there in town! Vicenza is known as Italy’s most productive capital of jewellery. The local legacy of jewellery-making predates even the cobbled streets: As far back as 600 B.C!

          Extended Mother's Day Returns: If your order was placed between 19th of April and 13th May 2024, you qualify for extended returns, and can return your item(s) up until 20th May, 2024.

          We hope you love your product, but if for any reason you don’t, you can exchange or return your purchased items for store credit or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

          Free gifts cannot be individually selected for return / exchange unless defective. However, they will need to be returned if any other items in your order are returned.

          Extended Christmas Returns: If your order was placed between 14 Nov and 25 Dec, you qualify for extended returns, and can return your item(s) up until 1st January, 2023.

          Please note, items purchased during our “Overstock Sale” are final sale items and cannot be returned.

          12-Month Warranty

          All our products come with a 12-month warranty. Our warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If in the unlikely event this is the case, we will replace or repair your product!

          Our leather products are made with the best quality full grain leather. This is a natural product and each piece is unique. No piece will be exactly the same as another and some may have natural markings and character which are not faults, but show the natural quality. Full grain leather is made to last a long time and to get better with age. Colour fading or darkening, marking and stretching as a result of regular usage, all add to the character of your bag, they are not considered a fault. More about our warranty

          This warranty does NOT apply to items purchased in a “Seconds Sale”. These items cannot be returned for any reason. These items are classified as seconds due to not passing our high quality control standards.

          About our leather

          Our leather is the best quality full grain cow hide and is sourced from Australia and Europe. It is is custom tanned to our specifications using Italian techniques and products.

          Our bags are designed by us in Sydney, Australia and shipped from our warehouse and flagship store in Sutherland in the south of Sydney. Read our story

          Our leather is tanned and our bags manufactured in a family run factory in Pakistan. They are very proud of their skill with leather which has been passed down through generations!

          We have endeavoured to provide web images of our leather products that closely match their actual colours but due to the differing colour settings of computer, phone and tablet displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match what you receive.

          Leather care

          Our bags are crafted with full grain leather (the best quality and strongest type of leather) and in their most natural state it is best to protect the leather using one of the many leather care products on the market. We like leather conditioner as it protects and conditions the leather. We have found creams and leather rubs work much better on our leather, rather than sprays. More about leather care.

          You may find that good old fashioned warm water on a damp cloth and a gentle rub will get rid of any marks!And be sure to let it air dry! There are also some great leather cleaning products you can purchase and we have had some success cleaning off marks with an “authentic art eraser”. Pressing the art eraser over and over onto the marks sometimes removes them completely!
