Note: We’re so sorry your product has arrived with green marks. The antique finish on the hardware can sometimes transfer to the leather during transit, however these can usually be easily removed.

You may find that good old-fashioned warm water on a damp cloth and a gentle rub will get rid of any marks! And be sure to let it air dry! There are also some great leather cleaning products you may have around the house, and we have had some success cleaning off marks with an “authentic art eraser” (rubber) or Magic Eraser. Pressing the eraser over and over onto the marks often removes them completely!

As our bags are crafted with natural full grain leather (the best quality and strongest type of leather) it is best to protect the leather using one of the many leather care products on the market. We like leather conditioner as it protects and conditions the leather. We have found creams and leather rubs work much better on our leather, rather than sprays. This will also help in protecting your bag from daily wear and tear and will make spot cleaning your bag much easier.
